Based in Saint Etienne, AS MECA BERNARD is a mechanical company with a workforce of about twenty people. It joins ACI Groupe in July 2020 to extend the industrial influence of the group by adding to the list of its activities precision machining for Defence and Armament as well as Energy including Nuclear and Petrol.
Managed by Philippe Rivière and Patrice Rives, two creative and agile partners, ACI Groupe has been able to bring a new breath to the historic sector of industry. The two entrepreneurs use a multi-sector, multi-skills and multi-technology strategy, unlike highly specialized mid-sized companies, with a mono-product positioning on a mono-market. To do so, ACI Groupe concentrates industrial SMEs in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region by capitalizing on niche technological know-how.
ACI Groupe takes over from the seller Alain Sowa who also retains operational responsibilities in the group.
This eleventh operation by ACI Groupe in 2020, led by I-Deal Development, reinforces the close ties through daily support in this meteoric rise.
