Founded in 1990, the Parthena Group is a consulting firm specialising in the digitalisation of financial, operational and HR processes within SMEs and SMIs.
Historically managed by Mr Laurent Le Mercier, the company has three sites in France, in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), Lyon (69) and Lille (59).
The Parthena Group is involved in the various phases of a project: consulting, integration, change management, third-party application maintenance and infrastructure.

It meets the needs of companies in the areas of accounting and financial management, payroll and human resources management, sales management and CRM, production management and Cloud solutions.

Thanks to the know-how of its teams, the Group also develops specific solutions adapted to particular businesses (hotels and palaces, OPCAs, associations and federations, mutual insurance companies, etc.).

To strengthen the “HR” business line, the group has already made several acquisitions in the integration of HR solutions.

Parthena Consultant is a specialist in software integration and has two historical ERP providers, Sage and Cegid.

The company and its 130 employees have a turnover of €17 million.

Parthena has won four Sage d’Or awards for its innovation policy and business strategy.

This operation allows the manager to regain 100% control of the group he built and thus to be totally independent in the implementation of his strategic vision.
