As part of one of its sales mandates, I-Deal Development was able to provide support to the founding director of Argain SAS, a firm specializing in consulting and training. The latter wanted to give a new impetus to the structure, created in 2004, while remaining active.
We are therefore pleased to announce the sale of the company ARGAIN, specialized in project management, organization and quality. I-Deal Development was asked by the Executive Director in mid-June 2010 to identify a qualified buyer as soon as possible.
I-Deal Development was able to meet its specifications by quickly organizing the transfer process, with the aim of allowing its Client to start September serenely.
This sale also allows the Purchasing Group, Alan Allman Associates, to complete its fourth acquisition within 15 months. Based in Paris, the company ARGAIN allows the Group to access new professions, new know-how and new references.
With a strong experience in merger operations, I-Deal Development is positioned as a player with high added value in value construction for its interlocutors: managers, buyers, investment funds, etc.
