I-Deal Development advises Sir Jean-Paul Chapron in the reverting back to the control of his group, with the contribution of Ouest Croissance and Bnp Paribas Développement.

The ASI Group, a mid size company of Nantes, is a consulting firm dedicated to the creation and the implementations of SMAC Solutions (social, mobility, analytics, cloud). Supplier of the main banking and insurance institutions, the group is now owned by its management, including its president since 2008, Mister Jean-Paul Chapron. The company has today 350 collaborators hared into nine subsidiaries and makes a turnover of 35 million euros.
