We are therefore pleased to announce the sale of the SERVIBIO Group to Mr Marc Bourlioux, former CEO and shareholder of the INGEN BIOSCIENCES Group (nearly €20M turnover in 2009, more than 60 employees).
Having taken over the company in 1994, Mr. Cohen turned it around and developed it significantly during this period. “It is in this perspective that I preferred to hand over to someone who could maintain the pace of product innovation. The company now enjoys a very good reputation and I didn’t want to take the risk of doing “one year too many”.
