Frédéric Bonan, founder of I-Deal Development, was a guest of Magali Forestier, on “On se dit Tout,” on L’Hémicycle TV.
“Identifying the talents of small businesses and helping them to expand”: this is the aim with which I-Deal Development was born, explains Frédéric Bonan.
The independent investment bank supports the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and international mid-sized companies (ETIs), with a differential approach: “I would like to demonstrate that by respecting individuals and giving them the ability to flourish, we obtain more economic results than by having a directive managerial approach,” emphasizes the founder. The identification and resolution of “the company’s family, patrimonial and industrial equation” is a key factor in the development of companies, he adds.
To politicians, Frédéric Bonan invites them to “help and facilitate the life” of talents that “lie dormant,” so that “there is no obstacle to their expansion and the creation of their wealth and that of France,” he concludes.
