I-Deal Development is pleased to announce the sale of the “BioGénération” brand to the “Les nouveaux Robinson” Group, both specialized in the distribution of natural and “organic” products.
Created in 1999, “BioGénération” owns 12 sales outlets within Paris city limits and generates a turnover of approximately €10M. The Seller has developed a strong product and customer service approach by structuring its model on store sizes under 300m².
Independent of the growth of the “organic” market in the broader sense, this acquisition allows Les Nouveaux Robinson, a brand that until now had focused on development in the outskirts, to instantly gain market share, which will enable them to reach a turnover of approximately €40M by the end of 2010.
With their experience in the “organic” market sector, Frédéric Bonan and Thierry Bloch, representing I-Deal Development, were able to analyze and guide the merger operation between the two structures by quickly identifying the strategic challenges.
