DOLFINES has completed the sale of 8.2 France’s Technical Audit activities to SOCOTEC Power Services.
Primarily focused on onshore wind and solar assets in France, these activities operate in highly competitive markets requiring enhanced resources and greater deployment capabilities. In this context, their integration into a group with critical size and complementary expertise represents the most relevant option to support their continued growth.
Within SOCOTEC Power Services, which brings together nearly 400 specialists dedicated to low-carbon energy, the teams will benefit from commercial synergies, broader geographic coverage, and an expanded range of expertise across the decarbonized energy sector.
For DOLFINES, this transaction is fully aligned with its strategic refocus, aimed at accelerating the development of high value-added activities, particularly in offshore wind, technical assistance, and consulting services. The group also intends to further strengthen its international footprint, a key pillar of its strategic roadmap.
