We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Mendes Electricité (€12.9 M turnover), by the 4M Investment Group.

Mendes Electricité is a general electricity company positioned in the housing market. It carries out construction sites on high and low current electricity lots and works on new housing as well as on direct renovations for landlords. Operating mainly in the Île de France region, Mendes builds between 2,000 and 5,000 housing units per year for developers, social landlords, local authorities and general contractors.

4M Investment is an industrial holding company headed by Mr. Farooq Mohammad. It brings together companies operating in the building industry in value-added activities, with a major focus on electrical engineering (high and low voltage).

With this acquisition, 4M is pursuing its group strategy by completing its offer in the housing sector and in particular in the new construction sector which it wishes to develop. The group, which will now reach ~50M€ of turnover, consolidates its strong position in Ile de France.
