I-DEAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES M. FONTANA GIUSTI (DIDIER PARAKIAN) WITH THE LUXURY PASCAL READY-TO-WEAR BRAND PIVETEAU

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Giovanni Fontana Giusti (shareholder-manager of Didier Parakian) has joined the capital and taken up his position as Chairman and Managing Director and Partner of Pascal Piveteau SA, a company listed on the open market (FR0012146629).

Mr. Pascal Piveteau developed his first collection of luxury leather clothing for women and men in December 2010 and created the company Pascal Piveteau SA. After a successful first fashion show in Hong Kong in 2013, he launches his first collection in September 2014 after 4 years of existence.

Mr. Giovanni Fontana Giusti, a graduate of Polytechnique (1986) and holder of an MBA from INSEAD, benefits from a multidisciplinary experience acquired through his various functions. From Strategy and Marketing Director, Sales Director to Development Director and CEO of such prestigious groups as Salvatore Ferragamo, Manifatture Associate Cashmere, Bally AG, Sutor Mantellassi, Eurofins Italy and Barons Papillon, Mr. Fontana Giusti has, during a career based mainly abroad (Italy, Switzerland, Singapore, …), demonstrated his ability to develop strong brands in an international context.

I-Deal Development has been mandated by Pascal Piveteau SA to identify a General Manager associated with the capital. The objective is to enable the company to reach a critical size and rapidly develop its distribution network in France and internationally. I-Deal Development was able to identify and unite this new shareholder, by mastering the strategic context of the company and the specificities of the sector. This association should enable the Pascal Piveteau brand to embark on a phase of greater expansion.
