The ecosystem Alan Allman Associates (AAA), a holding company that brings together 22 companies with complementary skills in the field of business consulting, is pleased to announce the acquisition of JArchietect (3.5M € turnover for 30 persons) located in Dutch-speaking Belgium.

Created in 2002, JArchitect is a pure player of software architecture design operating in Dutch-speaking Belgium. Founded by its current CEO, Axel Segers, the company is primarily involved with major names in finance in Belgium including banking (KBC …).

This 21st operation for Alan Allman Associates, and the second in 2018 after Althea Group, allows Alan Allman Associates to strengthen its presence in the Benelux and enter the Dutch-speaking market, which is particularly difficult to access.

This merger will enable JAchitect to significantly accelerate its local and international development, capitalizing on all operational synergies carried by the operation: size effect, commercial (development, SEO, etc.), marketing (upscaling of average fees), organizational etc.

Thanks to this new operation, fully managed by I-Deal Development, Alan Allman Associates achieved 90M € turnover in 2018.
