ACI is a group established in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, mastering all the special processes in order to position itself on low-volume but highly technical productions. MBG is a group specializing in precision mechanics, and includes three complementary activities: the MDV entity specializing in the machining of unitary parts in medium series, the MPH entity specializing in the machining of large series and the assembly of mechanical assemblies, and PAYRAUD, the group’s third activity working in deep drilling of metals and plastics.

I-Deal Development accompanied the ACI Group in the acquisition of the MBG Group.

With this acquisition, ACI Group continues its build-up strategy, completing its know-how and its range of businesses. ACI Groupe’s managers decided to keep Mr. Bernard Boccon-Gebeaud in order to ensure the sustainability of the takeover project through his skills and expertise.
