Created in 2003, the Victrix Group, which brings together Victrix Conseil, Noverka and Noxent, is an information technology consulting specialist with more than 600 employees and sales of $75 million Canadian in 2018.
The group mainly addresses Canadian banking and public institutions on the themes of project management, IT architecture and cyber security.
The Alan Allman Associates ecosystem has grown tremendously over the last few years, notably through acquisitions, an integral part of the group’s know-how.
This is the 23rd transaction for AAA, and the first outside of Europe, and propels the group to €150M in consolidated revenues (pro-forma 2019).
This merger will enable the Victrix Group to benefit from AAA’s know-how in terms of financial management and recruitment in particular.
This new operation, entirely managed by I-Deal Development, involves French (LCL – Mathieu Barbier) and Canadian (Banque Desjardins – Yann Van De Voorde) financial partners and allows AAA to take on a truly international dimension.
