Created in 2004, and mainly active in the PACA region and in Monaco, BeMore France is a consulting company offering personnel delegation activities for the IT departments of large companies. BEMORE France has offers to guide companies through the lifecycle of their projects involving high workloads. In 2018, BeMore France had a turnover of 15.4 million euros, employs 180 consultants and is profitable.

The portfolio of more than 50 clients is mainly composed of key accounts in France, Monaco and Switzerland from sectors such as banking, public services, telecoms, aeronautics or food processing.

I-Deal Development’s team, represented by Frédéric Bonan, knows perfectly well the stakes of its historical clients such as Alan Allman Associates. It was able to identify this opportunity which will enable the AAA group to strengthen its presence in the PACA region.

Its integration into the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem, with its 25 companies, will allow it to access new growth opportunities. These levers will enable it to capture strong customer and managerial synergies both in France and internationally.

The new entity will generate more than €170 million in revenues for 1,600 consultants with a presence in France, Monaco, Benelux and Canada.
