Launched in 2000, the Alticap Group has the vocation to support business development by optimization of their information system through services and solutions in term of management, network infrastructure and telecoms.
Created by three associates, Éric Le Goff, Gilles Brunel and Hubert Nolais, the group is experiencing sustained growth and is positioned on the whole French territory through its dozens of local agencies (Cean, Rennes, Nantes, Paris, Rouen, Toulouse, Perpignant, Bordeaux, Annecy, Havre).
Thanks to their expertise and certification with the largest publishers on the market such as Sage, Cegid, and SAP, they are present at the side of their customers to give them a boost in their productivity.
Alticap has continued to develop by realizing various operations. Between 2007 and 2018, we can count six acquisitions (FCI, Gomis, Log Info, Altiloire, Prodware, Danphil Conseil), three creations of agencies (Le Havre, Bordeaux et Perpignan), two launches (Onlycloud and Onlycloud On Premise) and the signature of a partnership with one of the publishers on the market : Cegid.
With its 150 collaborators, the Alticap Group achieves a turnover of €20 million.
Épopée Gestion is an investment company co-founded in 2019 by Ronan Le Moal and Charles Cabilic. Its aim is to develop the economy of the territories by supporting regional companies, mainly based in the West of France in the long term.
Thanks to its positioning and experience, Altigroup has many opportunities to invest in external growth projects or in the evolution of its activities (purchase of licenses). The group will use the obligation dunning to carry out these projects.
