Be.wan is a Belgian society operating in digital services by offering software integration, development, outsourcing and technology consulting solutions.
Created in 1999 by Luc Thiriaux, Be.wan is specialized in two areas of expertise :
- IT (hardware selling, software selling, cloud service selling, outsourcing contract),
- Software (development and software integration developed in intern, solution integration).
This expertise allows Be.wan to intervene into more than 400 clients such as UNIFE, PROXIMUS, and to achieve a turnover of more than €3,3 million in 2021.
The company count 25 collaborators and owns two sites in Belgium (Waterloo and Wevelgem).
The Artemys Group is an independent actor for 30 years until now. It’s present in IT infrastructure market around seven areas of expertise such as cloud, cybersecurity, and Big Data.
Supported by Andera Partners, the group has now three sites in France (Paris, Isneauville, Havre).
This acquisition allows the Artemys Group to implant in Belgium.
