Quadra Informatique has been specialising in IT and digital consulting and support for over 20 years. It provides technical assistance, service centres, integration and publishing services. The group operates in a wide range of sectors such as services, industry, distribution and finance. With a constant growth dynamic since its creation (CAGR +10% between 2012 and 2019), Quadra Informatique and its 200 experts in digital transformation, has achieved a turnover of €18.5 million in 2020 and plans to reach €20.5 million in 2021.

Founded in 2001, We+ is an IT consulting firm that assists companies in their digital transformation. The company is expected to reach €18 million in 2021 with a team of 200 people. This acquisition will enable We+ to create a major player in France in the field of digital transformation.

I-Deal Development was able to meet the expectations of Quadra Informatique’s shareholders while retaining the group’s strong values to which its managers are committed.

The similarity of the two entities in terms of size, workforce, revenue and their deeply rooted regional DNA meant that they converged quite naturally on a common project.

The interest of this operation is multiple:

  • Quadra Informatique’s geographical presence in the north of France and We+’s presence in the south and west of the country means that the entire country is covered.
  • The complementary nature of their customer portfolios and business sectors offers them new prospects.

Following this operation, the turnover of the consolidated group should reach 40 million euros for 400 experts.
