We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Sira Morocco (5M Dirhams turnover for 25 people), subsidiary of the group Sira France, by Segula Technologies Group. Sira Morocco is among the specialists in the field of aerostructures, especially in machining. This expertise has enabled the company to gain in credibility and to be recognizing as a fully reliable partner in the aircraft industry.
Founded in 2010, the company Sira Morocco, based in Tangier, offers a technical performance, particularly through the machining of aerostructures. All employees are maintained in the same production current site of 1500 m² located in the Tangier free zone. Sira Morocco collaborates with major companies in the aircraft industry such as Daher, Matis Aviation, Aircelle, Snecma and EADS.
The stake of Segula Technologies, historically recognized in the field of the aircraft industry, allows the group to supplement its expertise in the field of aerostructures in particular in the sector of machining.
The undertaking will lead to acquisition of the entire share capital of Sira Morocco, and to its integration in the Simra department of Segula Technologies, with the name of Simra Tangier. It will allow Segula Technologies Group to sustain growth and to accelerate the international expansion abroad and in the “best cost” zone.
