ACI is a group established in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, mastering all the special processes in order to position itself on low volume productions with high technicality. The ACI group bases its development model on differentiating industrial consolidations, responding to market needs in the fields of mechanics and materials for the Defence, Medical, Energy, Aerostructure and Aeronautical Maintenance markets. The development of this group is based on the career path of its two founders, Philippe RIVIERE and Patrice RIVES, each with some twenty years of complementary experience in industry and aeronautics. The ACI group is initially structured in 2 branches: ACI Industrie for the transformation and Services Valley for the control of special processes.
In its project of consolidation of its aeronautical pole, ACI called upon I-Deal Development to advise it in its acquisition of a stake in a new industrial consortium, the TOGETHER group.
Located in France and abroad, TOGETHER was born from the merger of two manufacturers with complementary businesses, who together launched a process of consolidation of the sector, specialization and international development. TOGETHER leverages 80 years of know-how in aircraft assembly, complex aerostructures and repair for international markets.
