I-Deal Development supports the shareholders of VISSAL in its sale to VISWOOD

I-Deal Development was mandated to represent the interests of sellers and best negotiate the terms of the transaction, in this transaction initiated by the acquirer.

Since its creation in 1998, the family company VisWood, run by the Poizat family, has become the French specialist in the distribution of hardware, bolts and fasteners, positioning itself with quality products. The company is currently one of the market leaders.

Vissal, a company belonging to the ACI group, is a historic Alsace-based screwdriving company founded in 1974. The company is nationally recognized among its customers in the DIY and construction sectors: the GSB, specialized distributors.

This merger allows VisWood to acquire one of its direct competitors and consolidate its market share with its historical customers.

This operation also allows the ACI group to preserve a Made in France production tool on products intended for the railway world, while benefiting from the Made In France label.

The I-Deal Development team advised Vissal exclusively in its divestiture process.
