We are pleased to announce you the cession of Delage Aero (8 million of turnover for 45 collaborators), by the Aequs Aerospace Group. Aequs is one of the Indian company producing precision mechanical parts with the biggest growth.
The group specialized in the precision machining, the assembly, the forge and the specialized process for the aerospace industries divests one of its non-core business assets ( sheet metal working, metalworking and bowing), based in Ile de France.
Strategic supplier of the Group Safran, Delage is specialized in the Engine Build Up, especially of military Aircrafts (M88 and M53).
Founded in 1950, the company has used its specialized expertise in the work of hard metal components (Inconel and Titanium) to supply the main contractors in engine manufacture ( Safran, Dassault ..).
This deal enables Aequs Aerospace to focus on their core business (precision machining) and then to give new development perspectives to Delage.
Mister Philippe Mallet, shareholder of the precision machining company MV (hate-savoie) buy Delage in the aim to reinforce their activity, as much in organic growth as in external growth.
As Mister Moreau said, Vice-president of Aequs “the advisory of the I-Deal Development team has been essential in this deal, as much by its knowledge of the stakes as by their understanding of the profile of the ideal buyer”.
