Founded in 1987, NETLON is a major and recognized player in the field of outdoor equipment and fittings, crop protection and BtoB decoration in France. Through its Ideal Garden brand, the company is one of France’s leading suppliers of garden products.

David Lebargy, who took over as CEO in 2020 with over 25 years’ experience in the garden supplies sector, acquired NETLON in 2022. Since his arrival, NETLON has enjoyed solid growth in a highly turbulent economic climate.

David Lebargy mandated I-Deal Development to represent him in this merger project, after having accompanied him for the first time in his takeover operation in 2022.

OUTSIDE LIVING INDUSTRIES FRANCE is the French subsidiary of the European group OUTSIDE LIVING INDUSTRIES B.V ., based in the Netherlands and present in some twenty countries through sales subsidiaries and wholesale agents.

As a key player in the BtoB sector, the group designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of decorative equipment for gardens and outdoor spaces (pools, ponds, spas, occultations, crop protection, etc.) under the brand names , Nature, Infinite Spa and Ubbink.

This operation will enable OUTSIDE LIVING INDUSTRIES FRANCE to strengthen its “Garden” expertise with new products, and accentuate its presence in France. It also enables the group to benefit from a new, high-performance logistics facility based in Valenciennes. For his part, David LEBARGY takes over the management of Outside Living Industries’ France division.
