This transaction will allow Alan Allman Associates to create an important Canadian player in the service-IT consulting around the specialized offers of Lambda and Victrix and to build an industrial project by preserving the DNA and culture of the Company through the new Victrix/ Lambda set. The AAA ecosystem wishes to strengthen and develop its position in Quebec. The business, commercial and geographical synergies proposed by the Company therefore generate real interest from AAA. Concerning the Lambda company, this operation will allow it to give new perspectives to its consultants and managers by evolving in a human-scale firm and a growing international environment where cultures mix. In addition, the portfolio of Alan Allman Associates (more than 2,500 references) represents a real opportunity for the development of key account clients for the Company.
