- Sale of TCEM (nuclear instrumentation), a subsidiary of the Finergy Group.
- Acquisition of STEPC (climate engineering & electrical engineering) for the 4M Investment group.
- Merger between the American company Vintech (design of unique designs and concept cars) and the British group Molb.
- Backing of the Camions Laguë group (Quebec leader in specialized vehicle rental) by the French group Petit Forestier.
