Jacques Paquin

Jacques Paquin is a recognized investment banking expert, specializing in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. With 30 years’ experience, he has in-depth expertise in the technology sector and has worked throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Central Europe.

Professional background

Jacques joined I-Deal Development as Senior Advisor in the Issy-les-Moulineaux office. A graduate of ISC Paris, he has built up a distinguished career in financial services, notably with Robert W. Baird, where he ran the French business, and with Drake Star Partners, where he has held the position of Senior Advisor for the past ten years.

Jacques Paquin is also a Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France (www.cnccef.org) and sits on several boards of directors. His appointment reflects I-Deal Development’s ambition to consolidate its global expertise and support its clients in increasingly strategic and ambitious operations.
