Paco Laurent graduated from ESSCA School of Management, where he specialized in Banking and Financial Engineering. His academic background provided him with strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and corporate finance.
Before joining I-Deal Development in 2026 as an M&A Analyst, Paco gained experience in the hotel investment sector, where he worked on market analyses, asset valuations, and profitability assessments. His experience in financial audit and management control also enabled him to develop an in-depth understanding of companies’ financial and operational challenges.
A keen sportsman, Paco plays competitive padel and previously competed in alpine skiing at a high level. Both disciplines reflect his commitment to hard work, discipline, and a strong appetite for challenges.
