Thomas Lemasson graduated from IÉSEG School of Management, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Finance. He also completed two years of training at ESCE.
Professional background
In November 2025, Thomas joined the I-Deal Development team as an M&A Business Manager based in Paris.
After gaining initial banking experience at LCL, he moved on to Siparex, where he worked in the ETI team, before joining a mergers and acquisitions firm as an analyst and then working in corporate finance.
He also has entrepreneurial experience at Les Vergers de Cormeilles (a fruit and vegetable distribution specialist), where he held the positions of executive manager and then deputy director.

Thomas is known for his rigor, his ability to structure analysis, and his hands-on approach, which is informed by his extensive managerial experience. Thomas’ dual background in finance and operations allows him to approach M&A projects with a vision that is closely aligned with the challenges faced by executives.
