Thomas Lemasson graduated from IÉSEG School of Management, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Finance. He also completed two years of training at ESCE.
Professional background
In November 2025, Thomas joined the I-Deal Development team as an M&A Business Manager based in Paris.
After an initial experience in banking at LCL, he then moved on to Pax Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst, before joining Siparex within the ETI team.
He also has entrepreneurial experience at Les Vergers de Cormeilles (a fruit and vegetable distribution specialist), where he held the positions of executive manager and then deputy director.

Thomas is known for his rigor, his ability to structure analysis, and his hands-on approach, which is informed by his managerial experience. Thomas’ dual background in finance and operations allows him to approach M&A projects with a vision that is closely aligned with the challenges faced by executives.
