In January 2025, Vianney Duché joined I-Deal Development as an M&A Associate. Prior to joining I-Deal Development, he gained significant experience in M&A consulting, both in small cap and large cap companies. In particular, he worked for Santander CIB (Large Cap) and Vendôme Conseils M&A (Small Cap).

Since joining I-Deal Development, Vianney has been involved in a number of strategic transactions. In particular, he contributed to the acquisition of the Watts brand, a recognized player in the outdoor and sportswear textile segment, a structuring operation aimed at strengthening a portfolio of growing brands.
