A strategic merger at the heart of the energy transition

As part of this transaction, I-Deal Development was exclusively mandated by SEIMAF’s shareholder to assist it in the sale to the Capgemini Group.

This merger is part of a European context marked by a desire to strengthen and develop the nuclear industry, particularly in France and the United Kingdom. The integration of SEIMAF into Capgemini will enhance the Group’s specialized technical and engineering expertise and consolidate its position as a strategic partner of choice for both nuclear players and the industrial and energy sectors as a whole.
