Created in 1992 by Jacques Peyronnet, Initial Sécurité is a family business, independent and positioned as a major player in its market. The company is specialized in the distribution of high security locks dedicated to a wide range of containers and supports: safes, vaults, cash dispensers, vending machines, vaults, lockers / lockers of institutions, hospitals, etc … The locks are certified by many laboratories such as: UL, VdS, A2P, SIS according to European and International standards prescribed by major clients (Banks / Governmental Institutions etc …). They are available for all designers, manufacturers and installers of security equipment.

On his retirement, Jacques Peyronnet wanted to prepare the sale of his company in order to perpetuate what he had built and will accompany Gilles Martineau in the transmission. He recognized in Mr. Martineau a spiritual heir to take over the reins of Initial Sécurité.

Gilles Martineau, entrepreneur and operating in commercial, logistics and strategic management positions throughout his career, has identified a unique know-how that he will be able to perpetuate and a commercial potential that he will be able to develop through his experience.
