Irvinn joined the I-Deal Development team in 2018, following experience as an analyst in listed equities and investment.

Key Achievements

With over 30 transactions completed, Irvinn primarily operates in the industrial, consumer goods, and services sectors. His most notable achievements include:

  • Sale of TCEM (nuclear instrumentation subsidiary of Finergy Group);
  • Acquisition and subsequent merger of NETLON (outdoor equipment) with the European group Outside Living Industries;
  • Sale of Conformat, the French leader in cleanroom consumables, to German group Dastex;
  • Acquisition of ski & surf brand WATTS on behalf of a family office.
