The strategy of the rapprochement

This merger will allow Alan Allman Associates to integrate a new strong brand into its ecosystem while strengthening its expansion strategy in Asia. It will allow the Asian branch to evolve in an international environment where different cultures meet, within an ecosystem that is developing rapidly and significantly.

As part of this acquisition, Alan Allman Associates will change the brand name of this Asian business to reflect its commitment to the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem.
