The challenge was to identify a competent player who could recognize the brand image, the values and the development axes of the laboratory, specialist in anti-aging care.
After having rejected the offers of industrial companies that would not have recognized the true value of Filorga, I-Deal Development was able to identify a manager, a former manager of Bourgeois, after having qualified his career, his skills and his ambitions: Didier Tabary.
After having convinced the managers, I-Deal Development was able to federate around Didier Tabary two financial investors EDRIP and Initiative et finance.
In 2009, the financial partners returned the hand to HLD and Didier Tabary by making almost 3 times their initial investment.
Didier Tabary, the company’s current manager, has been able to reposition the company’s image and has helped the company reach growth levels with the acquisition of SVR in 2014 and of the Convent des Minimes, a former subsidiary of L’Occitane, in 2016.
Today, the group generates several hundred million euros in sales, compared to €5M in 2006, when I-Deal Development met the Tordjman family.
