We are pleased to announce the takeover of ARC TCE (7.7 M€ of turnover) by the LAFON ENERGIE group to become LAFON TCE.

The Company ARC TCE is specialized in the rehabilitation and treatment of facades, located in Chamigny Sur Marne. In observation period since summer 2019, the company, created in 2015, found itself in a sensitive situation following a rapid growth financed by equity. ARC TCE has developed a know-how in fitting out premises for a diversified clientele: school buildings, shops, offices, housing and hospitals.

LAFON is an expert company in electrical engineering, located in Tremblay, France. The company designs, installs and ensures the maintenance of electrical installations, in high and low current. It operates in a market that requires a high level of expertise: the renovation of business premises and new buildings. Founded in 1947, LAFON is one of the last independent companies in its sector in the Ile de France region and is involved in the entire chain of high and low currents. With more than 70 years of existence, the company is recognized in the area for the quality of its services and its industrial know-how.

With this acquisition, LAFON ENERGIE pursues its group strategy by completing its offer in the fitting out of premises that it wishes to develop. The managers of the group have decided to keep Mr. Invernizzi for the sustainability of the takeover project through his skills and know-how in addition to the financial, strategic and commercial support that will be provided by LAFON ENERGIE.
