Acretio Investissement, created by Mr. Eric Aubspin in 2009, is an investment and consulting company active in the Energy and Construction markets as well as in New Technologies. Its ambition is to acquire Space Architecture, a firm specializing in commercial, tertiary and residential architecture as well as new and renovation programs.

After initiating discussions at the end of 2018, Mr. Eric Aubspin has relied on I-Deal Development to assist him during this process, particularly on the financial side. From the identification of financial partners to the final negotiations, the client was guided and supported at every stage of this complex operation.
