Founded in 1997 by Eric Bigras and André Lajoie, HelpOX is a Quebec-based company specializing in cloud solutions and managed services. With 90 experts and 4 offices in Montreal, the rapidly expanding group is projecting a 2021 turnover of $15M CAD.
Given the strong ambitions of the two managers to develop their growth, the challenge was to meet their expectations. The project led by Alan Allman Associates should enable them to accelerate their development.
Since 2009, Alan Allman Associates (AAA), specialised in digital transformation, is an ecosystem of strong brands created by Jean-Marie Thual. The firm focuses on three areas: high-tech consulting, industrial consulting and strategy consulting. AAA projects a 2021 turnover of €180M. With a presence in North America since 2019, the market should account for more than a third of this turnover.
Through this new operation, AAA Canada becomes a major player in IT services in Canada and strengthens its IT solutions division.
I-Deal Development Canada Inc. continues to expand its presence in North America with this 5th transaction.
I-Deal Development Canada Inc. has been involved in all stages of the acquisition process, from the identification of opportunities to the actual completion of the transaction, including the drafting of preliminary offers, the follow-up of audits and the negotiation of the final deeds with local players, as well as the setting up of the financing of the transaction.
André Lajoie and Eric Bigras testify : “Inspiring is the word that immediately comes to mind when I think of how our partnership went. The human aspect was always at the forefront of the transaction and made a future collaboration based on respect possible and pleasant. The level of expertise and the maturity of the process gave us confidence and we believe even more in a great evolution. Thank you to the whole team for your exemplary work, we are very satisfied with your collaboration.
