Created in 2007 by Bruno Kasperczyk, the ACI projets company developed a perfect control of the world of project management (management, audit, training…) and was able to build a strong relationship with the editors of PPM solution and its client such as Société Général, Sanofi and EDF, that allows it to be in the long term.

Located in Lyon and Cannes, the company has a team of about 40 experts. It achieves a turnover of €7 million in 2021 and aims €7,5 million in 2022.

Argain is a management consultancy company based in Ile-de-France. It achieves a turnover of €7,7 million in 2021.

This acquisition will enable Argain, headed by Benjamin Mellot, to duplicate by two its size.
