The Parthena Consultant Group is a consulting company in the market of digitalization of financial, operational, HR processes within SMEs and mid-caps. Specialising in the area of computer systems and software consulting, For more than 30 years, the Parthena Consultant Group has been supporting its clients in their choice of innovative solutions to meet their current and future business and technological challenges.

The company and its 200 employees generated 34 million euros in revenue in 2023.

For more than 17 years, INGSOFT has specialized in consulting and integrating management solutions within SMEs. The company is Partner Sage 100 and Sage 1000 in Hotline and Custom Developments.

It offers its clients all the support and hosting services as well as outsourcing contracts. The company is experiencing full growth.

This merger will enable Parthena Consultant to strengthen its Sage 100&1000 expertise, its geographical coverage, and to make this family-owned group a key player at the national level in the Management and HRIS software sector.
