International Transactions Industrielles (ITI) is a family business created in 1989 by Christophe Rosenstiel, in the Saint-Etienne basin. ITI is a structure gathering a large panel of skills, streamlining the supplier management of contractors, in order to become their only interlocutor. The ITI industrial group is also structured to provide tailored responses to each client, thanks to a multitude of controlled offers. ITI operates as a sales office combining a logistics service.
Founded in 2019 by Philippe Rivière and Patrice Rives, ACI Groupe aims to consolidate industrial SMEs to become a leading player in industrial subcontracting, capitalizing on the experience and expertise of its two founders.
The ACI Group has a total turnover of 93 million euros spread over 5 territories (Stéphanois, Vallée, Bourgogne Franche Comté, IDF-Grand Est, Offset) and through 3 sovereign markets near the main technological basins. ACI Groupe, with its 720 employees, supports 3,000 customers worldwide.
This merger with ITI is a development accelerator for ACI Group, both in terms of geographical complementarity and commercial complementarity. It will enable ACI Group to strengthen its sales teams, expand its customer base and thus benefit from strong operational synergies.
The I-Deal Development team was involved in all stages of the ITI acquisition process for its client, ACI Groupe.
