The Parthena Consultant group, under the leadership of its Chairman Laurent Le Mercier, announces a new strategic step in its development. Specializing in ERP, Finance and Payroll solutions for French SMEs and ETIs, the group has forged a solid reputation in the fields of consulting, project management, selection assistance, integration, training and TPAM.

With its extensive expertise, Parthena Consultant is successfully involved in a wide range of sectors, including Services, Banking, Mutual Insurance, Healthcare, Luxury Hotels, Energy and the Environment, among others. Backed by strategic partnerships with major players such as Sage, Cegid, Lucca and Cegedim Srh, the group has been supporting its customers for over 30 years, guiding them towards innovative solutions adapted to current and future business and technological challenges.

With a team of 220 dedicated employees, Parthena Consultant generated sales of 34 million euros in fiscal 2023.

As part of its external growth plan, the Parthena Consultant group announces a major operation facilitated by the support of Epopée Gestion, founded in 2020 by Ronan Le Moal and Charles Cabilic. Epopée Gestion aims to develop local economies by supporting promising long-term projects.

This operation, financed by the Obligations Relance scheme, designed to stimulate post-Covid-19 growth, will enable the Parthena Consultant group to consolidate its strategic positioning. The €2.7 billion scheme, 30% of which is guaranteed by the French government, is distributed to French SMEs and ETIs by management companies such as Épopée Gestion.

Thanks to this initiative, Parthena Consultant is preparing to broaden its horizons, consolidate its expertise and strengthen its footprint in France. This move demonstrates the group’s ongoing commitment to innovation and its ability to anticipate and respond to current and future economic challenges.
