Founded in 2012 by two French entrepreneurs, Vintech LLC specializes in the design and production of unique designs and concept cars for all major automotive industry accounts. The company has 4 areas of expertise: 3D modeling, sketching, design and engineering.

Located in Venice, California, Vintech works with all California’s Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including Audi, BMW, GM and Nissan, as well as niche brands such as Archer and Lucid, and new brands such as Apple, for which Vintech holds exclusive rights.

Vintech’s shareholders have mandated I-Deal Development to represent them in their merger project, in order to further develop their structure.

For 25 years, the MOLB Group, founded by Alexis Berthelet, has been a design specialist for the world’s leading automakers, and is recognized in the field of digital design.

MOLB is an international group with operations in Europe, Asia and America. MOLB is a group with two decision-making centers, one based in Hong Kong and the other in London, enabling it to assess the match between market needs and available human and material resources. MOLB has internalized all the technical skills required to deliver the high added value recognized by its customers: styling, creative digital modelling and shape design, visualization, product and process engineering skills.
