Created in 2005 in Luxembourg by Régis Marique, the company accelerate To Be Master is a process structure and optimization consulting specialist, working exclusively with big accounts, the company operate on central issues and their customers core-business.
Active in the service environment (bank, assurance…) and industry (energy, production…) the company developed a unique expertise , gathering consulting and change management.
Wishing to accelerate the company development, two shareholders (Régis Marique, Thierry Magnien) entrust a mandate to I-Deal Development.
ESPA is part of famous leaders in France by all actors, customers, suppliers and other decision taker, in the organizational consulting and purchase optimization. Following the BUYPRO successful integration in 2011 (Vinci group subsidiay) and the UNIDEAL, STF and SALAMANDER Group rapprochement, then 7Partners company, the group is working around 3 main axes: purchase consulting and formation , BPO and reduction cost consulting. The group turnover is 100M€.
Convinced by I-Deal Development of the A2BM pertinence offer, ESPA can now offer to their historical clients a new excellence service, strongly complementary with it historical product positioning.
This acquisition also enable to enter in an unknown market until now : Belgium.
