We are pleased to announce the acquisition of EDEN SERVICES, an agency specialized in hosts and hostesses by EUROP-NET (25 M€ revenues), a cleaning business group.
The latter has recently bought-out over by its Top Management sponsored by EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD INVESTMENT PARTNERS (EDRIP) (The Purchaser).
One of the major challenges of this transaction for Mr. ABIKHZIR (The Seller), was to sustain the company’s, brand, and team, and also allow Eden Services to reach a new stage
of its development, in a highly competitive market. This acquisition enables Europ-Net to capitalize on the “Eden Services” brand, a well recognized name in this business and
will help complete its historic offer.
Eden Services’ CEO gave a selling mandate to I-Deal Development, selected for its knowledge of this specific sector. Mr ABIKHZIR chose I-Deal as a “preferred partner” for its
“excellent understanding of Eden’s business model”. Indeed he has been supported “continually and with attendance of all times in negotiations and throughout the
process”.
The Purchaser were keen on moving quickly and efficiently on this merger project, in order to accelerate its critical size in this business, and offer a wider range of services to
existing and new clients.
