The company SONEFI, industrial supplier, mainly commercializes products for the construction industry. Based in Havre, this company, bought in 1997 by the Feuilloley family, has been developed by its managing team (the seller).
Distridiam, trading and retail company of abrasive and diamond products, based in Ile de France, works with the biggest building and industry companies in a large part of the national territory. Mister Allouche, director of Distridiam (the buyer), had already realized two operations of external growth (2010 an 2011).
