Founded in 2002, Distridiam has established itself as a leading specialist in the distribution of industrial supplies and equipment. The company has developed three complementary business lines (diamonds and abrasives, industrial supplies, screws and bolts).
The company has stood out for over 20 years thanks to its high level of technical expertise and recognized customer focus. Distridiam now supports over 1,300 active customers throughout the country.
Created in 2023 following the merger of RBK Roulements, Desrolet, TNT – Techniques Nouvelles de Transmissions, and LFI – Lebbrecht Fournitures Industrielles, the GENCO Group draws on expertise dating back to 1989 with the creation of RBK Roulements, the founding company. The Group is now an independent distributor of bearings, transmission products, and industrial supplies, serving a national and international industrial clientele.
I-Deal Development provided exclusive support to Distridiam in its merger with the Genco Group.
This transaction is fully aligned with GENCO’s development strategy, which aims to broaden its product offering, strengthen its regional footprint—particularly in Normandy—and create both commercial and operational synergies.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing James Allouche for many years. We have discussed numerous projects over time, for him and his group. I am very pleased to have been able to convince him, as well as the shareholders of the Genco Group, to move forward with this remarkable partnership.”
— Thierry Bloch, Managing Partner, I-Deal Development
“Selling one’s company is a milestone often filled with hesitation, emotion, and deep reflection. With I-Deal Development, I found far more than technical advice: I found a true partner I could trust. Their ability to understand the DNA of my company and to support me with calm and clarity at every stage of the negotiation was decisive in the success of this transaction. I would like to warmly thank Thierry Bloch, Irvinn Aubert, and their team for supporting me in bringing this life-defining project to fruition.” James Allouche, Chief Executive Officer, Distridiam
