Founded in 1965, INTERPEC is one of the main French players in the turbo-alternator market. It is currently the only steam turbine OEM in France. Taken over in 2017 by its management under the impetus of Messrs Pascal Morel and Marc Jarnier, the company is undergoing a very sustained redeployment of its activity.
The group works in particular with CAC 40 companies such as Eiffage, Veolia, Suez, Total and Vinci. One of INTERPEC’s main areas of expertise lies in custom design for these companies to enable adapted and optimized operation of energy production units.
The I-Deal Development team was impressed by the infrastructure deployed by Messrs Morel and Jarnier in a relatively short time through their in-depth knowledge of the market, above-average technical qualities and the energy released by the whole. Pascal Morel’s ambition is to consolidate around INTERPEC complementary professions and people who should enable INTERPEC to meet the needs of major clients in an adapted manner.
I-Deal Development has been mandated to support the group in the next stages of its development, which has resulted in the integration of CFATEC into the group.
Created in 2007, CFATEC is an expert in the field of rotating machinery and offers a range of services covering most of the needs related to the installation, operation and maintenance of this equipment. Led by its manager Mr. Favié since its inception, the latter has found in INTERPEC a partner and a first-rate relay enabling it to display a dimension more in line with its skills and reputation.
INTERPEC will provide support to CFATEC while leaving operational management to Mr. Favié, who is a reference in his market and who joins the group’s management committee.
