Infeeny, a subsidiary of Econocom created in 2016 following its merger with Mc-Next, an operation initiated by I-Deal Development, is now one of the French leaders in the Microsoft pure player market. Thanks to its expertise, it has developed the Mozzaik365 solution, an extension of Microsoft365, which facilitates the development of corporate intranets.
The Mozzaik365 solution is positioned as an extension to Office 365 that allows users to quickly and easily deploy a Digital Workplace natively integrated with their Microsoft 365 universe. The solution provides a seamless and intuitive user experience while offering communication, knowledge management, event management, and collaboration and community features, all of which are in addition to the inherent capabilities of Office 365. Today, many SMEs and more than 40 major clients, including Bouygues, Michelin and AccorInvest, rely on the Mozzaik365 solution to improve the digital life of their employees on a daily basis, with more than 300,000 users around the world to date.
Infeeny, wishing to focus on service, is handing over its solution to Florian Bouron, supported by Keyrus, with the aim of helping Mozzaik365 reach its full potential. The former CFO of a B2B SaaS start-up, who has also worked with the Argos and BlackFin Capital Partners funds, is joining forces with Keyrus to finance the development project for the company’s digital solution and to benefit from the know-how, network and teams of Keyrus.
Keyrus, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris stock exchange, is a Data and Digital specialist. The company helps companies leverage their data to increase performance, accelerate transformation and generate new growth drivers. Thanks to this partnership, Mozzaik365 will benefit from new investments to support its growth and accelerate its international expansion.
