We are pleased to announce the sale of the remaining shares (39.2%) of Groupe Hélice, owned by the Coltin Family (historical shareholders), to Umanis a listed company in Euronext (FR0010949388). Groupe Hélice, is specialized computer engineering and services. It has achieved for 2013, a €37.5m revenue, with 500 employees.
I-Deal Development supported the Coltin Family, in the sale process to Umanis, a listed company (FR0010949388), a technological solutions provider since the early 90’s, which reaches the €100m milestone revenue.
