We are pleased to announce the capital increase of the Ingéliance group, realized with the help of the Arkea Capital Investissements fund.
This operation allows the Ingéliance group to acquire the means to finance its growth in France and abroad.
Created in 1998, the group has today a turnover of more than 30M€ and employs more than 500 people in the fields of consulting and engineering, serving the aeronautics, space, naval and energy sectors. The Group, based in Bordeaux and headed by Jean François Clédel, has fourteen offices in France and two offices abroad, in Hamburg and Singapore.
In addition, Chairman of Medef 33, the latter retains a large majority after the operation during which Arkéa injected €4 million to finance the group’s organic and external growth projects. Today, the Chairman and Founder wishes to take his company to the next level and is seeking to address new markets.
