The WMH PROJECT Group is accelerating its development with support from Bpifrance and I-Deal Development
Created in 1995 by Marc Fischer and Franck Chaud, WMH PROJECT Group is an expert in the fields of Spatial Design, Event & e-Event, Incentive & Travel and Public Relations. A national reference in events and communication, the WMH Group has experienced strong growth since its creation, driven by organic growth and regular and structuring acquisitions. With more than 1600 projects and more than 600 events, WMH PROJECT becomes the independent leader in France in its sector and achieves 143 million euros in sales in 2022.
Thanks to its experience and multiple external growth over the past two years, the WMH PROJECT Group anticipates a need for cash to support its organic growth in order to continue its development in acquisitions and invest internally. In order to finance its growth ambitions, Bpifrance grants WMH PROJECT Relaunch Bonds.
The I-Deal Development team supported WMH PROJECT Group in the negotiation and active search for partners for its relaunch bond lift to finance its development.
